Solution Success Manager

The solution success manager serves as a consultant and advisor to Doozy Solutions customers, and will own the services strategy for assigned accounts. The SSM manages project backlogs, coordinates consultants and developers, tracks contracted hours, and proactively guides customers to maximize value from their ERP investment. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, strong communication and project management skills, and a preference for beverage, CPG, or manufacturing industry background.
